WELCOME! My conference time is 1:30 - 2:00. (Since I often have meetings during this time, please schedule with me in advance.) You may click on the Parents tab to send an e-mail. Week of: May 17 - 22 Reading: Read "A Picture Book of Martin Luther King, Jr." and study the meanings of the following vocabulary words: demanding, fair, laws, graduated, arrested, section, content, prejudice. (Test on Tuesday) Spelling: Study the following words: straw, split, scrape, stretch, splash, scream, sprawl, sprout, strange, scratch, (strength, spry, screen). (Test on Tuesday) Math: Practice counting mixed collections of coins and telling time (using both digital and analog clocks). Please send an excuse (doctor's note or handwritten by you) each time your child is absent. We must keep these on file in the office.  |
