*It is very important to read at least 20 minutes every night! 
*Awards Day is Tuesday, May 22nd at 1:00 in the gym. We will have a pizza party at 12:00 at the picnic shelter with the awards immediately after.
*ESD Incentive: Hawaiian Luau is May 23rd!
*Last day of school is Friday, May 25th. Early dismissal.
*Thanks for you donations for the classroom! I was able to buy 7 new books for our class library!!
*I sent home each student's login information for the website: www.sraimagineit.com Students will be able to read or listen to their reading story online, read decodable stories, or complete fluency and writing activities. This is a great resource!
*The homework sheet is in the front of your child's green folder. It contains the title of the reading story, vocabulary words, and spelling words. Please use this nightly for homework! 
*The Snack Shack is open! If your child wishes to purchase a snack please send the snack form and correct change on Mondays. Each snack is $0.60.
*If your child is absent please send a note or doctor's excuse for us to keep on file. If they miss any work that cannot be made up at school I will be glad to send it to the office or send it home when they return to school.
