Parent Involvement Survey

The 2010-2011 Parent Involvement Survey is available online for the parents of students in special education.  It is important there is participation by every parent.  If you do not have computer access at home and would like to participate online, contact your child's case manager at the school your child attends.  They will assist in helping you to complete the survey online or provide you a paper copy if you would prefer.  To find the survey click the link below.
